Returns
- ALL RETURNS (in-store and online purchases) ARE FOR STORE CREDIT OR EXCHANGE ONLY and within 5 business days of in-store sale or 5 business days of pick-up for an online purchase.
- All merchandise must be in original packaging, in same condition it was when sold, and accompanied with proof of purchase.
- CLEARANCE ITEMS (40% OFF AND GREATER) AND CUSTOM ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.
Online Purchases
- Pick-up of an online order must be within 30 days of purchase date to honor our returns policy.
- Most new inventory is listed online as it is received, so don't worry about having access to new items as they arrive.
- If online purchases are included in a promotion, you may have to input a coupon code upon checkout. For assistance with inputting a coupon code, click here.
