"Have a Very Believing Christmas"
Chad's passion is design. Ranging from interiors to architecture and of course, Christmas! Educated at the University of Kentucky and with 25+ years experience in the home fashion industry, he's the expert you need to accomplish your Christmas decorating goals.
In his spare time, Chad loves hanging out with his dog daughter, Mica. They enjoy playing fetch, tug o' war and long daily walks through their neighborhood and parks throughout Lexington.
He also frequently enjoys travelling to art museums and architectural sites around the country.
Mica's focus is her family's happiness, love and security. Her love of playing fetch and tug o' war is only 2nd to the love she shows her parents every moment of every day.
When she's not playing BOSS, she is an avid walker. Going on walks is a twice daily occurrence. She also loves going on "adventures", another way of saying taking rides in her Volkswagen.
Ted was born and raised in Lexington and began working with his father at Cormans in junior high school.
“Some of my favorite memories are, as a teenager, travelling with my dad on his sales trips and to trade shows. Meeting the Display and Store Planning Directors at the country’s biggest stores and learning what they do and how they went about it, was an invaluable experience for a 16-year-old.”
After college, Ted joined Cormans full time.
Able to spend more time away from the office now, he enjoys fishing (fresh and saltwater), golf, and travel.
Lorie is a native Lexingtonian and a Transylvania University Graduate. Her career in banking took her to stops in Atlanta and Nashville before returning to Lexington, eventually becoming the head of Private Banking for a major local bank.
After raising her 2 sons, she joined The Corman Marketplace in 2011 as buyer and operations manager.
Lorie enjoys playing bridge, golf, pickleball, travel, and is an avid reader.
